1. Agreement

By accessing SimpleTest AI, you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. The service

SimpleTest AI provides AI-assisted test generation, execution, and maintenance for Salesforce and other enterprise applications. Features may change as we improve the product.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use SimpleTest AI to test systems you are not authorized to access.
• You retain ownership of your test assets; we need a limited license to run the service.

5. Liability

The platform is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, SimpleTest AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Paid plans are also governed by your order form or subscription agreement.
